Your wedding disco, like the very best of parties will have a mixture of music that will entertain all of the age groups present. I play diverse music which pleases all cultures and music tastes.

I have music from the world over and have been able to surprise wedding guests in the past when “tested” with requests for latino, salsa, Mexican or ballroom along with thrash, heavy metal, northern soul, tamla and the obsolete “one hit wonder”!

As a DJ I am pretty unique in that I have supported some major National and International artists in the past, I have worked on Radio and in National stadiums! I have entertained from audiences ranging from 40 to 69,000! And, I am comfortable will all sizes of audiences and gain immense pleasure at seeing everybody enjoying themselves.

All bookings are covered by and adhere to our terms and conditions.

I invite you to create your own music request list, and if you would like I would meet and help you compile this. This would guarantee the music you personally would like to hear would be played on the night.

My pledge to you:

    • I guarantee to play the songs on your ‘must play’ list, so, if the dance floor clears it’s down to you!
    • I also encourage requests from your guests and try to play as many of them as I am able (provided they are not dance floor killers or contain profanity!)
    • I adhere to your ‘must NOT play list’ too!

It’s also not a problem if you would like dedications or announcements made during the evening. I also have no problems announcing your special or first song, or even announcing the buffet!

Don’t worry if you have a song you can’t remember the name of, I have a vast knowledge of music of all genres! And, as the Beatles said, “We can work it out!”

If you would prefer to leave the choices to my experience then that is fine too. I am able to read audiences and am quite a good judge at the type of music and genre that will lend itself to creating a party to remember. 

Toastmaster & Master of Ceremonies for Weddings, Civil Ceremonies & Events

Special events require special touches.

Why would you even consider a Toastmaster or event Host? I can answer that, and hopefully you will understand why that little extra expense will actually ensure your whole day will be the dream day you always wanted.

Any wedding or function is an expensive occasion when you add up the cost of the Venue, the Catering, the Flowers, the Cars, and the outfits; it comes to a pretty penny. The Toastmaster is probably one of the cheapest items but without the whole day could go pear-shaped.

I would hold interim meetings with yourselves prior to your special day, to ensure things are taking shape the way you wish. I will advise where required and offer support in liaising with both your ceremony and reception locations should they be not one and the same.

On the day itself I will be there for you. I will ensure the whole ceremony follows protocol and ensure all guests are involved and part of your day. I will work with the registrar/clergy, the venue staff and management, the caterers, the photographer/videographer and of course primarily with you!

I will meet you as many times as you would like prior to your big day… at no extra cost!

What is a Toastmaster?

This is a question I’m asked a lot. A toastmaster can also be referred to as a Master of Ceremonies, MC or compere.

Toastmasters can often be found at weddings, fundraising dinners and galas, product launches, banquets, award ceremonies and other prestigious events.

TOASTMASTER DUTIES

At the beginning of formal events, such as wedding breakfasts, the toastmaster will announce the arrival of important guests (such as the bride and bridegroom) by way of a receiving line. They will call for the the guests to be seated, introduce speeches and toasts, and generally act as a coordinator – interacting with venue staff, other entertainers and photographers.

WHY YOU NEED A TOASTMASTER

The main benefit of engaging a Toastmaster with his elegant uniform and authoritative voice is, for the host, peace of mind and the ability to relax and enjoy every moment of the event knowing its running is in the safest of hands.

The list below is just a small example of why having a Toastmaster will ensure your day is a raging success:

  • I will ensure everybody involved in the organisation of the day performs to the best of their ability
  • I will ensure that everything runs according to your wishes and requirements.

Should you wish to have a less “formal” service, I can offer the alternative provision of Wedding/Event Host. With similar services to that of a Toastmaster, but less formal and extremely relaxed. I would be delighted to discuss this option with you.
